Who we are

AiM (AI With Minal) is the trade name of Minal Ishwar Sharma, a sole proprietorship registered under GSTIN 27LJFPS8090H1ZE, principal place of business A-4/3 Kasliwal Classic, Tapadiya Nagar, Dargah Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431001, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, and you are the Data Principal.

What we collect, and why

• Name, email address and phone number, when you buy a course, register interest in one, book a call or send an enquiry. We use these to deliver what you bought, to contact you about it, and to raise your invoice.
• City, designation and institution, where a form asks for them, so a session can be pitched at the right audience.
• Your answers and your score, if you take the AI Fluency Test, so we can return your result.
• Payment confirmation, which reaches us from Razorpay as an order and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay, never on this site, and we never see or store them.
• Basic usage data through Google Analytics, in aggregate, to understand which pages get read.

We do not buy lists. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your consent, and taking it back

Submitting a form on this site is your consent to the use described above, for that purpose. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@aiwithminal.com, and withdrawing is meant to be as easy as giving. Withdrawal does not undo anything lawfully done before it, and we may still have to keep invoice records to satisfy tax law.

How long we keep it

• Enrolment and invoice records: eight years, because tax law requires it.
• Enquiries and interest registrations: twenty-four months from your last contact, then deleted.
• Fluency Test answers: twenty-four months, then deleted.
• If you withdraw consent or ask for erasure, we delete everything we are not legally required to keep, within thirty days.

Who else processes it

A small number of providers, each only for the job named: Razorpay for payments, Google Firebase for sign-in and course records, Cloudflare for the payments service, Resend for email, Zoom for live sessions, YouTube for recordings, Google Drive for course files, and Google Analytics for usage statistics. They act on our instructions. Some store data outside India.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, nominate someone to exercise these rights if you cannot, and complain about how we handled a request. Write to hello@aiwithminal.com. We respond within thirty days.

Grievances

CA Minal Sharma is the grievance contact, at hello@aiwithminal.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

School programmes are arranged through the school or institution, which obtains parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from anyone under eighteen through this website, and we do not track, profile or advertise to children.

Keeping it safe, and telling you if something goes wrong

We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted credentials. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires.
